how do u make pals in beats of rage with gimp

If you are working with .PCC works in the same way of Mugen, the LAST spot is the transparent one.
In case of gif and PNG (which are way better) the FIRST spot is the transparent one.

i kinda sill dont under stand do i make a pall for one or all sprites and if so how do i go about doing it

works exactly on the same way we do in mugen. A master palette applied to all images

so i up load all the images in fighter factory and save that as a an act file
do i also make palls for stages
