I'm glad you like it. I'm planning on different attacks and moves. All of his materials are prepared. I should have some basics done by tomorrow morning.

I'm not a fan of those. Maybe someone else will do those in the future?

I agree. I tried making him a little shorter and a little fatter but it's hard to tell.

Okay everything is finished except the basic attacks, specials, and hypers. The image above is just a sample of what was used but it's all done. The blocking is metal mario mode.

More progress on Mario

First 2 attacks at the top are basic punch and kick. The cape spin is another standing attack. The air mario underneath the first attack is an air attack. Next is a special with Mario Charging with Tanooki attack. Mario ground pound next as a regular move, then mario star spin air attack. Special shell kick, and special hammer swing. Hyper fireballs attack. A hat wing jump attack for crouching.

This is all the attacks, specials, and hypers for mario except one normal air attack of him spinning down like a corkscrew as he kicks coming down.

After that a release mario

Everything is now finished in sprites and coding for the first release. All that is left is the sounds and then a release.

Hopefully a release today. I'll probably do bomberman after this wip, him or kirby.

I don't think it is. I don't really work on those details anymore. I just use whatever helps me code stuff. This Mario has less buttons and less attacks than the current one. I try and make it more old school style while mixing in some new bits here and there.
