Taskmaster by Rojin70 released

On the website its stated that this is a beta.
Also,the author asks us NOT to use anything from this character,so no editing and stuff UNTIL the full version is released.

I don't want the character but I would like to see it in action since the sprites are beautiful.

He isn't missing any moves, if the guy is going for his Marvel 3 incarnation. Taskmaster has every special move from Marvel 3 in this character already.

And he won't have 6 buttons, as again, I think the creator is going for Marvel 3, which has four. L, M, H, and S (launcher).

He is using the EOH template which means the character is gonna be crappy in terms of gameplay,but yea,he is going for MvC3.

Also to people whining about it not being 6 button,do shut up.
It literally gives nothing to this thread and it really is disrespectful to the author.
And people who cant play 4 button sure as fuck cant play 6 right :O

The character itself is complete if he's from UMvC3. The only thing missing is palettes. No moves missing. No attacks missing. Everything is there. I can do all of my combos from UMvC3.

I notice some hit animation is missing, thankfully its just a beta it has good moves by the way.

I just gave my opinion the character dont have any problem, the gameplay is really good by the way i love UMvC3.
but my mugen is composed only by personages of 6 buttons as standard

thats right i started off 4 buttons playing mvc2    

video i made to try and show off all the moves...




while not perfect, i like him alot
- gorgeous sprites
- very cool how so much from mvc3 in him including the awesome sound
- a few get hit animations missing
- a number of alignment issues
- not great clsn boxes
- why does his taunt hurt you?
- sound on jump needs timing adjustment
- f,d,df+P special should animate quicker
- so should the taunt
- the hyper where you shoot all the arrows directly upward almost useless and would like its command layout swapped with the diagonally firing one (did that on my copy)
- need to remove the enter win quotes lines from win quotes (or customize them like i did)
- not a fan of some of the fx
- would like the combination hitting hyper changed from a counter to straight up attack (personal preference)

btw, for any of you unsure about the button layout due to you are used to 6 buttons, give it a shot. i'm usually the same way, but i really got used to playing that style. if this tells you anything, for the most part, i'm not a very good player except with a few characters. i'm pretty solid with him had 2 epic fights i won against deadpool by infinite and the thing by warner (his AI, not IMT AI. warner AI much stronger)

The upward arrows are supposed to rain back down, so that's something to fix.

Tasky's virustotal test results are in, and he's clean. Guess Google Chrome really does hate ZIP files....

.....in any case, Taskmaster is on my roster TONIGHT!
