Loki

hey guys! sorry for little to none updates on sinister, i know many people are waiting for him, so i want you to know that work is going. but meanwhile here something not less interesting for you guys. i must confess spriting one character gets pretty annoying, especially some tedious one like sinister, so not long ago loki wip was started:

progress is pretty low for now, mostly just prepared ground, so any ideas about moves, look, anything is appreciated

man sprites are awesome

great start...for a special move how about after image...and blast from his staff and a hyper where he summons the frost giants

Loki is perfect, great wip guy. For special could create illusions and send them all at once in enemy that would be lost with the illusions and would be attacked in full by loki.
Not to mention that he has an ability similar to mystic and can be transformed into other people.

Always is good to know about some progress... Good work!!! I wanting for Mr. Sinister...kkkk

ok guys, here is list suggested by Hypersonic in private forum, i post it here

specials:
1.Dark Spheres - Loki shoots out hand sized spheres of black magic. He can angle downwards (light), upwards (medium), or forward (heavy). He can shoot up to three spheres when you press the punch button again
2.Wicked Grav - think Magento's Hyper Grav but with snake illusions
3.Chilling Death - Loki pushes his hands forward and an ice like explosion comes out
4.Groundbreaking Halt - Loki summons a demonic pitchfork and slams it on the ground, tripping any grounded opponents
5.Feral Lunge - Loki transforms into a wolf and attacks the opponent

hypers:
1.Flames of Hate - Loki summons a giant wave of black fire to engulf the stage
2.Massive Confusion -  He summons illusions of himself to bombard the enemy
3.Flight - Pretty self explanitory
4.Frost Giant Army - Loki summons a legion of Frost Giants to come forth and attack the opponent

Great stuff, you sir are a top spriter. I like the base choice. For ideas, maybe look at Aquaman from Injustice Gods Among us and see how he uses his trident

maybe add a few dagger slashes for his strong basic punches

yeah, i thought about aquaman with his trident too actually
although in order to make something similar all punches probably should be replaced with pitchfork attacks.. currently all punches assembled as weak and medium with left hand, heavy with pitchfork, not sprited yet though

as for the dagger, it is possible too, like he is pulling it out of the cape. maybe for medium punches instead? since heavys are for the pitchfork. he will be holding it constantly throughout the fight im pretty sure about that, like thor with his hammer
