Nominations: 2013 Updated Character of the Year

In this topic, please nominate the character(s) you believe should be eligible to be voted on for 'Updated Character of the Year'.

To be eligible for consideration, a character must have been released all-new *before* January 1st 2013 and then received a *MAJOR* update in 2013.


Rules

- A forum community member can nominate up to 3 different characters (can nominate less than 3, but not more than)
- Think of the absolute best due to a total of 3 forum members (2 other than you) need to also nominate that selection to make it eligible
- A nomination counter tracker will be posted in the topic every so often. Please do not re-nominate something that has already met eligibility requirements due to that would mean you are wasting 1 of your picks
- You can nominate something you helped create
