Please ,Help me for one lifebar ,stay in the background

wanted to know how do  become a life bar in the background, ie make her stay behind the characters when they jump ...
I have a life bar that I'm editing, and I love her but she is in front of the characters when they jump, detail ;she works only in wimmugen .

I'm sorry I can' t help you garth but your question made another question came in my mind..I would like to know how to do the opposite, how to put hyper level bars in front of the background so they doesn't disappear in some stages

layerno = 0 - behind of the character layerno = 1 - in front of the character
put all layerno= 0

   just make sure you're doing this in the right file...I believe it's the system.def file where you put the sprites for the life bars and power bars

and garth hows it going with hulk?
