Long time I work in this character, this is the most hard work I made in MUGEN is really hard to male CPSIII sprites but now have more moves and more sprites and more sounds, Tanden Engine rapair, Ultra Move and the Yosokukyaku, Wall Jum revamp and the triple Shoryuken
Note* Seth have 2 diffrent stances, use the color 11 and 12 for see the other stance

*Note, you can repeat the command to hit 3 times in the air
Spinning Piledriver: 360° + Punch EX Properties
Yoga Teleport: F, D, DF ,F , + 2 Kicks
*Note, you can make this move in the air
