See, with Dormammu, there's a Dormammu Rugal, by whom I don't know. If someone would collab with the maker all they would have to do is make sprites for him.

Otherwise I think these should be :

rikla, cravd made a sprite sheet for x-23 based off blaze fielding. needed cleaning up though. would that interest you? it look different than steamboy single sprite, but alot more to work with.

regarding modok, the base sprite could be edited into many new animations. dont have to be exactly like UMvC3 regarding moveset.

Well is good know someone is working in x-23 and about modok i'm agree with you
