I think he means the right (his left) is a bit to exstended, bringing the forearm mucsle out 1 pixel will make it look more relaxed.

The breathing isn't bad, you're on the right track with the lower half, but if you want that much expansion in the chest, then you'll need to have the shading reflect that. If not, it just looks like a quick copy/paste job.

Cyclops dose this a bit to much, but have a look at his stance breathing. You make one sprite less defined, then you skip one and make the next one more defined, this way it looks like the clothes themselves are stretching with each breath.

It's the little things.

I see a few things nothing to break him but if you feel it necessary these are things.

the top of arrow case moves independently of the bottom of the arrow case, which should move together ie... if his shoulder moves up and causes the case to move up then the bottom of the case should move up as well.

the right bicep is moving independently of the shoulder.

what you could do is to have more movement of the arm without having it look multi parted is move whole arm from shoulder the elbow then elbow to wrist to hand and maybe have the bicep flex and shrink light on bicep when not flexed and expand light on bicep when flexed...same goes for the arm that is holding the bow

but all that is just tiny things you can do.  I think it looks well if you decide not to do this

on another the note the breathing would be better if he took two breaths then paused rather than just one and holding it or at least make it a continuous bounce

love the head and his colors very nice head sprite fits very well

similar yes, but not exact i prefer to grab ideas from comics, and other media, no point just making a character that's never been made before, and just making a Umvc3 replica, i want to do as many incarnations as possible, (without overdoing it that is)
you won't see any movie or ultimate versions here, but will definitely see comic book, cartoon, and Umvc3 version in this one, cheers
