Supergirl by Toni now hosted at MMV

One of my oldest friends in the Mugen community is Toni. I used to write various Mugen creation articles for a blog and got to know him then. One of the nicest characters I've ever had  

The creator was at the guild for a while,he listened to feedback,was overall a really nice guy.
This Supergirl is a nice character,i remember having a really old version of her when i first started mugen
