Fixed:
The infinite and some attacks missing some characters(His hyper missing smaller chars,like Reimu or Reisen etc.)
Couple of more bugs he didnt adress.

Well you can make Deigo, Akira or Roy from RS. Use a base of Rugal for Deigo, base of Kasumi (KOF) for Akira and base of Terry for Roy. | |

it was one of more wanted chars in all times for many years.
what the capcom can´t do in 2D LR more,the mugen world becomes true for us!
