Hi everybody, before focusing entirely on Gohan Z2, wev'e decided to resume the update for our main Z2 characters released up to now. This 3-in-1 update includes a lot of new stuff for everybody, fixes, AI and color separation for SSJ Goku, etc.
Here's the update log for each character :
GOKU Z2 :

Update 5 - 19/10/2013 (version 2.0)
New stuff : - New stance animation. - New Hungry Intro when fighting Goku Z2. - New Lv1 Superspark and new Lv1+Lv2 supersound. - Palette Chart with the new format.
Graphics and Sounds : - Default voice is English. - A big bunch of sound updates : new woosh sound for Slash Chop, changed Ki Blast hitsound, new wooshes for Hurricane Kick and Blur Kick follow-up, fixed English voice in Toskomics winpose, fixed recover sound being Jap in Eng version, added a small yell to karate winpose, added woosh sounds to Dragon Fist moves, reverse throw uses an updated woosh sound, added woosh sound to EX Snap Kick, new fall sounds, changed voice at end of Gregory winpose, correct Shenron voice in English version, fixed woosh sounds on Snap Kick, Dragon Kick and Zero Counters. - Updated Chichi throw sprites. - Set the Super Sonic Warriors 2 pal as palette 1. - Repel projectile is correct vs Z2 chars. - Fixed transparency for Ex Dragon Fist's Dust FX, depending on config file. - Update all flash sprites so there's only one shade for the flash (not white and gray). - Bindtime=-1 on Chou Kamehameha flash FX. - Chou Kmh super BG in 1st round.
Gameplay Fixes : - Can attack out of roundstate=2, just for fun. - Fixed AI taking over because of Bicycle Kick. - Beam collision compatibility with Gohan Z2. - AI is harder during Beam Collision. - Can activate challenge mode against SSJ GokuZ2. - More recovery time for non EX Snap Kick. - EX Snap Kick is not comboable anymore, but deals a little more damage (still unblockable). - Changed P2stateno to targetstate for (Ex) Snap Kick, hopefully fixing Parry problems. - Air Kamehameha is not an overhead anymore. - Hopefully fixed Chou Kmh AI bug where it can deal A LOT of hits. - Genkidama charge is faster, and Goku loses less Hope gauge when being hit.
VEGETA Z2 :

New stuff : - New Lv1 Superspark and new Lv1+Lv2 supersound. - Added an intro vs DivineWolf's Skullomania. Updated the tutorial section too.
Graphics and Sounds : - A bunch of sound updates : changed Focus Hammer woosh sounds, changed Ki Blast hitsound, changed suplex voice for a grunt, new Falling Sounds, fixed Zero Counter woosh sounds, SK woosh sound and jump sound for (EX) Rising Knee Arrow, SK woosh sounds for all instances of Bomber Kick. - Sabat voice : using "Beat it punk!" for Knee Arrow. - Added English voice sound when hitting full power. - Added sound effect for arm falling on ground during "eating arm" intro. - More fitting voice for Seatin intro in Japanese. - Corrected voice for Explosion Grab, being in the wrong language at times. - Set the Bukuu Ressen 2 pal as palette 1. - Saibamen placement depends on Vegeta's position on the screen. - Repel projectile is correct vs Z2 chars. - Fixed bug where Rage bar filled more than it could for 1 tick (minor graphical glitch). - Added lipsynch to ground (Chou) Galick Ho. - Added lipsynch to Air (Chou) Galick Ho. - Performs his special mute winpose after Dirty Fireworks Finisher.
Gameplay Fixes : - Beam collision compatibility with Gohan Z2. - Can attack out of roundstate=2, just for fun. - Slight strategy guide update. - Slightly extended a.SK hitboxes. - Dashing Sliding Kick is unsafe on block. - More recovery time for Dashing elbow moves. - Much more recovery time for Machine Gun Temper. - Fixed AI messing with Galactic Gunfire charge at beginning of move. - AI shouldn't be as strong during a beam struggle.
SSJ GOKU Z2 :

New stuff : - Color separation by BlueSunStudios. - English voice patch by Jweezy added to the SND file, selectable in config file. - AI coded by Infinite, with 8 difficulty levels. - Added an intro vs Vegeta Z2. - New Lv1 Supersparks, new Lv1+Lv2 supersound, new Ki Blast hitsound. - 56 new palettes, many of them taking advantage of the color separation.
Graphics and Sounds : - Various sound changes and fixes : new woosh sound during Slash Chop, added regular hitsounds to Blast Fist, added woosh sounds to Mario and Luigi during winpose, added laugh and pod sounds to Bowser, using regular SK woosh sound for s.SK*3 combo (blur mega/max) and c.SK, fixed woosh sound for Snap Kick during reverse throw, fixed Zero Counter woosh sounds. - New Blast Fist falling back to ground sprites. - New vs Freeza intro sprite. - Fixed Broken Back "arms+legs" bug. - Fixed Slashdown Kick FX staying one tick too long when landing. - Added bindtime=-1 to Flash FX during Chou Kamehameha. - Finisher 1 : shorter transition between gut punch and final blow, so it's more dynamic. - Goku walks properly to P2 during the "Kaio car winpose". - Lipsynch for Kaio car winpose. Even did it for both English and Japanese voice! - Removed dust FX from Broly winpose. - Inverted Scott and Nega Scott in the Scott Pilgrim winpose.
Gameplay Fixes : - Focus Hammer makes the opponent fall if performed during a combo, to fix infinites. - Repel projectile is correct vs Z2 chars. - Air Kamehameha is not an overhead anymore. - Changed variable and changeanim behaviour in Air Chou Kamehameha to avoid red CLSN box problems when the beam doesn't connect. - Slightly edited aerial basics' pausetimes and slidetimes. - Goku gets vels immediately at end of Air Chou Kamehameha, before falling down. - Justice bar raises a lot only if teleport attack actually connects (only raises a little bit otherwise).

Broly is only 2 sprites last time I checked his website sprite gallery. It may be a character in the future but for now it isn't in the works. | |
