This is amazing, it really feels like you're in the actual universe  . The music helped portray that as well. This could be the best batman game ever. Be sure to add lots of detail, I will be keeping an eye out for this. I hope you can give every character like 7 specials, 4 hypers, the works!!! In this type of style the gameplay seems better to since there is just so much room  

For the first time I feel like someone portrayed the real one and true Batman. Originally he was based on this guy.

thanks i would love to do more moves for the characters but only know how to do basic things on mugen for now. also i think this style would be good as a BOR game, so might learn to do that one day. but if anyone else wants to in the meantime, this is all open source

that Cinemassacre vid & the early history of Batman is exactly what i was thinking of..& also about the Joker, which might have been in a different documentary. The Joker is apparently based on a horror film character called "The Man Who Laughs"..& i realised that a lot of Batman villains are probably like that. so the music all comes from famous films too, but it's edited a bit, in more mysterious harmonies & in the style of an old computer game
