The hair looked better for her on the first pic and makes it easier to see her gold cape buckles where as it blends to much with the new hair look.

Nice to see another powergirl in the works good luck with the project.

I like your power girl. What differences will she have from the current mugen version in mugen?

Hmmm... very good, but I more prefer old hair. BTW, old face looking more beautiful.

I like more the first example, in regard the face and hair is better in the first one, the cape at the side is very good, but it would be attached more natural going a little over the shoulder  

Me gusta mas el primer ejemplo, en lo que se refiere a la cara y el pelo esta mejor el primero , la capa en el lado esta muy bien, pero creo que se sujetaria mas natural pasando un poco sobre el hombro

necesita mejor rostro muy anime!! no le veo el cuello no tiene??la capa es muy palida para mi, tiene unas piernas muy gruesas! por lo demás me gusta el diseño!
