MVC converted Green Lantern by Kenshiro with edits by me. Hal wields one of the most powerful weapons in the universe! He activates auto defense mode on his ring and goes to work! I call it Canon AI lol
Also as an extra little treat, he interacts with the new amazing Oa Central Battery stage by AvalokiteshvaraX.
The stage keeps his ring fully charged and the guardians keep him healed lol

I tried him and I like him very much, except for the auto defense, sorry. Tried Hal vs Hal, and the auto-def is annoying. I cannot freely move when both Hal are close each other. Both auto-def activate each other repeatedly.

I Need to see more, in the video hal has only 2 moves, the autodefense could be annoyng, maybe Better for a parallax version of Hal

nice edit but not a fan of the auto guard system for player think it would an annoying boss mechanic tho

No problem. My activity has been hindered due to family health issues. But I'm trying to keep my spirits up and decided to get more active and empty out my roster to share with you guys

Probably the best Hal out there gameplay wise.
Just had to throw out all the cheats you gave the AI and he'll be decent in a regular setup.

Thankfully, the cheats are pretty easy to disable in this version.
His command file notes two states - value = 120 & value = 850 - that have conditions to trigger when in certain other states in trigger 2 through 7. Just ";" them. The other thing are two hitoverrides at the bottom of the command file. Simply "null" them and it should deactivate most if not all of the cheats. He's still a menace when fighting him though.
