Using the sprite sheets for my game?

Hello everyone,

I`ve recently found out this website while I was searching for assets and I have to say you guys make really good stuff.

My question is, is it okay to use these sprite sheets for a game I`m building? I couldn`t find any topics about this, if there is my apologies.

If it's a fan game non profit then go ahead just give the creators credit

If it's for paid then no if it's a copyright character we don't need company coming at us and shutting the mugen communities down

It is actually a mobile game. There won`t be any selling items, characters or anything else, just ads for income.

So can I take your answer as a yes? I just want to be 100% clear.

I`ve just seen that I can`t even use ads if I use these sprite sheets. So I guess I can`t use them. It`s very dissappointing. Anyways, thank you for your answer.

As a game? I actually haven`t done anything since I can`t put them on the market because of the licence problem but I can make a demo for you to see

I recently found this website and I don`t know what kind of projects you guys are interested in actually. I have couple of published games already 2 of them are tower defense and one of them is a multiplayer strategy game.

I was considering to make a platformer game like "Metal Slug" but it`s nearly impossible to find assets to use freely.
