Sonic The Hedgehog: General Emerl (G-Mel)

This one has been a long project which I never released before this post.

There was another version of G-Mel for Mugen, which was from the Mugen Full Game "Sonic Battle: ME" however
G-Mel was never playable as it was controlled by AI only. I have remade him to play as.
