X-Men Children of the Atom Remake

Hi guys, this is a projet that I have been working on for 4 years. It's a remake of X-Men Children of the Atom with an expanded roster including all X-Men released by Capcom and some new ones that were created for mugen. I did minor edits on the characters so that they could have the same effects and could be slightly balanced. All the credit of the chars goes to the original creators who are listed in the spoiler section. The screenpack is a modified version of the Dc vs. Marvel screenpack from Scruffydragon.

All the chars have individual endings. The endings of the characters that were already in the game were kept the same, with the exception of Iceman and Colossus, whose endings were extended and improved. The endings of the other characters I created imagining how it would be if the character was in X-Men Children of the Atom.

You can chek some of the endings in mugen archive.

Fantastic work you did good job on this

I think you should add toad pyro avalanche and blob Mr sinister and apocalypse to even out villains to hero ratio

Children of the atom is based on the crossover Fatal Attractions. Magneto has to be the top dog of the game. Apocalypse and Sinister make cameos on Cable’s and Morph’s endings, though.

Manny of these classic games had far less villains, like Street Fighter 2. Anyone can customize the game to their liking and add more chars anyway. I’m satisfied with the roster. I believe that 29 chars is more than enough in a game. More than that only in a crossover kind of game.

But Pyro and Avalanche make cameos in some of the endings too. In Magneto’s, from what I remember.
