constructive feedback... *IF* you decide to update whenever, maybe consider adding some frames to some anims so the animation would flow a little smoother.

Honestly, your sprites look incredible, I couldn't put them on my roster... I see that they have a type of sprite that doesn't match Capcom or another that I know... But I love your work... Now I ask... Where do I get those sprites? Did you make them yourself or did you get them from somewhere else?

I make them from scratch in Photoshop using the 8 head technique. I have a hd character tutorial series if you wanna learn how I do it and if you can suffer through my constant blunders throughout the vids. It's located here.
Sure!... I just watched your videos... you are a true visual artist. explains the type of chars it does. here many of us use frankspriting. you make it from scratch (Very cool). Thanks for sharing.
Lara Croft almost feels like a new fighter. Her combos are smooth and best of all, FEELS fun to play with. This pretty much her 2.0 version.
+ 4 new animations. uppercut uses Thor's hammer instead of an axe, a knife lunge, a new combustion arrow stance, and a new normal single arrow shot. I replaced her triple shot with the single arrow shot, but when you earn enough power, triple shot will be unlocked.
+ Entire play style change. Smooth combos now. Before she felt incomplete because I held source material over gameplay. Source material is practically sacred to me. But I had to pop the hood to fix her.
+ Updated AI. Lara can fight up close now. She's primarily still a ranger, but it's not her only option anymore.

Note: Regretfully, her standing pistol shooting and her revolver are removed. Still, I kept her pistols as aerial shots which has zero pausetime on her opponent straight out of the Tomb Raider games. The animations are still in her files, but you'll never see them during gameplay with this updated version.
