I am in the process of updating Cammy-Delta Red, by Chuchoryu and Varo_Hades.
I am focusing on updating and fixing her sprites to make her look more fluent, and anatomically correct as possible. And also creating new animations and movements (Thanks to DrPotem for providing to the MUGEN Community a full SFA Cammy spreadsheet, with frames and animations based on MvC2, CvS2, and SFV).
Here is some of the work done so far:
UPDATES:
-I continued working on her appearance: -Checked and edited each one of her sprites, adding details and fixing errors. -Added her SFA Boots from the original sprites. -Made her 'Delta Red' Insignia bigger. -'Shoulder-Pads' were reduced to look like regular sized shoulders. -Gave her face a new look ('Stand animations' and other sprites). -Edited her gloves/gauntlets for consistency. -Edited regular Intro/Win Animations to make them look fluent. -Aligned most of the sprites based on the POTS's Cammy. -Edited the Camo-markings on her legs to go along with the skin's light/shadow. -Removed 'Blur' effects in most of the Attack frames.
-Edited, Created and Added sprites to animations: -Reworked her Stand Animations (0, 1 and 2): -Head angle and neck length now looks more in place based on her body. -Added a small wrist animation to her SSF2 stance. -Right arm now stays in place while she moves. -Added 'Bounce'. -Edited the coding so now 3 stand animations can be chosen. Thanks to Odb718 for his advice. -Updated her 'Midnight Bliss' animation (9020): -Added 'de-composed' Sprites -Sprites are compatible with the palettes. -Added 'Bounce' to forward (20) and backward (21) animations. -Re-worked 'Loose/Time Over' Animation (170) -Re-worked 'Salute' Animation (19300) -Re-worked Intro Animation Vs Bison (Dictator - 171) -Created New Intro Animation Vs Vega (Claw - 6901) -Created Intro Animation Vs Dan/Norimaro (19400) -Created Intro Animation Vs Deadpool (19401) -Created Win Animation 'Standing' (185) -Re-worked "Fail Grab/Throw" Animations (5940/5945) -Re-worked/created frames for her charging animation (730) -Added frames for her 'Dizzy' animation (5300) -Added new Hyper/LvL 3 portrait (8525). *Thanks to xcheatdeath* -Created Win Animation 'Smile' (196) -Added frames to 'Elbow Hit' animation (201) -Created new Taunt Animation: 'Stretch'(197) *Frames provided By Potemkill* -Created Intro Animation 'Waiting' (6915) -Created Intro Animation Vs Chun-Li (6910) -Added complete missing 'Close Fierce Kick' animation (241) -Added frames to 'Heavy Kick' animation (250) -Created New 'Sangue' animation (7780) -Added complete missing 'LieDown Hit/Stay Down' animation (5080) -Added/Replaced 'Close Medium Kick' animation (241) -Replaced JumpShort/Dash animation (102) with new one (Thanks to Potemkill). ********* -Added missing frame to 'Close Medium Punch' animation (211). -Added New Intro Animation: 'Nostalgia' (198)(Thanks to 'The Shakunetsu'). -Added missing frame in 'Crouth Strong Punch' (420). -Added 'Double Kick' Attack animation (255). Includes coding and command. -Fixed color issues with 'Cheap KO' animation (5950).

I have updated several frames, including her new intro, and her 'Double Knee' attack, which has been added to her AI as well. This attack is activated by pressing Foward+Down+Strong-Kick.

I like your project, keep it up, it's going very well. On the other hand, have you thought about making a super with a weapon? For example Sonia Blade from MK... I think a super with a rifle or pistol would be great... something simple.

Thanks! I will not deny that while working on this char I have though of making another Cammy (with a slight different outfit) that will be more MvC, with Duble-Jump and even thought of giving her a 'Hyper move' similar to BB Hood and the hunters (aka "Delta Red 'Owns' you!"), in which she would have a weapon, and give a High-Level of Damage.
However, this char in particular will be as 'Street Fighter'-ish as possible.

Hey Chucho! Que bueno saber de ti nuevamente! Not sure if you remember me, but we chatted years ago on MFG. Back then you sadly lost the work you had with Cammy with the boots. I have been attempting to add her military boots, but all attempts have failed. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Hello again, everyone!
I hope you all had a good Christmas Holiday.
Time for another update before the year's end. During this time, I have continued to revisit previously worked frames. I have even updated the SFV stand pose: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] (This image is not necessarily the final result.) It might need a little more work, but it's getting there.
I have also worked on her Jump. I noticed that she used basically the same frames when going up and down, and no sign of looking down after the jump. So, I have added frames that make Cammy look down when coming down from a straight-up jump. I also made sure her body don't shake all over when falling down, only her pony-tails and front hair move: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] (This image is not necessarily the final result.) The 'fall-down-from-jump' animation is used a lot, so it may take a while until I get and update them all.
Looking forward, I will start editing the new 'Jump-forward/Dash' animation frames soon.
