A great version of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo in 16 bits made by Luis Ramirez with the MUGEN engine.
After trying it for a long time I can say that the game is well balanced and adjusted. Surely it can be the definitive version of SF2 in this style. And as an added bonus, the game has four hidden characters that expand the roster.
