Planet Master Release

Hello community to celebrate 10th MMV Anniversary im releasing my most worked on character ever.

2 Hypers are glitched in mugen 1.1 idk how to fix but works perfectly in 1.0.

Red sandstorm hyper's damage was already lowered so you dont have to comment its too big like on video but its still might be to much.

I can't say he is 100% completed but i will leave him in this state he is currently.

I need to thank @Candido159 for help with coding, i did more to this character than any other my works but Candido still was a huge help for me in coding as i still learn everything and also thanks to @Matrerog for special stage just for Planet Master, rest of credits in readme file.

Congratulations with the release, it's nice. I LOVE that you create the most obscure characters, and it's truly amazing. Btw, what is the stage from the video?

grab is missing on purpose and nice find with that bug its very rare combination of moves if you have to do these 3 specific moves in that order

also new sprite for event tracker @volzzilla @Shining

so I tried it again, its not just those 3 specific moves it mostly happens when the enemy is midair and hit with the gas attack, you can get the same result by
doing the launcher attack and hit it with the green gas attack

good wok on this guy glad bringing obscure comics chars to life excites you so much

Great job on this character release. It's amazing to see uncommon heroe's/villain's from the Comic Universe joining Mugen! It has exceeded my expectation's. I love how he is outfitted with a taunt, & an A.I that is impressive that also includes air combos, which is alway's sweet.
It's also pretty cool that you made him in MVC style game play, (which in my opinion is alway's attractive) even though he is from DC.

Was the missing sprite & bug addressed yet? I think I noticed more than one blacked out sprite in FF ???

My feedback would be:

If I had to nit pick ... I think some of the voice/sound clip's could be better in quality.

Thank you for this release, & hope he get's a future update/fix one day.
