Fixed Annie EX Special Move Annie Dynamic

Update 2:
Fixed Chun-li Air Stomp speed, and the land off of the attack last longer and landing during the attack miss last longer.
made the hit box a bit smaller.

Fixed Annie's Air Fireball Special Move
Fixes Reiji's Dive Kick Special Move
