So yeah, I just sent him a sprite design of Barry in his new 52 costume, completely original, which he could use for making his flash, instead of simply reusing an old version of an already existing Flash, and modifiying him.

I guess I can show you guys what I came up with:

it shows the steps i took to make him, and the pallets I used to recolor him.

But ultimately, its rodrigue's choice if he would want to use this or not.
