Spider-Carnage, Venom and Phage Ultimate Patches By Me!

Hi everyone. This is my first Release (more of an update).

These patches are for THREE Characters.

What does the Patch do?
~Allows you to Play the Character in WinMugen rather than Mugen 1.0

What was the change in the Patch from the Originals?
~I stopped the Error that keeps shutting down WinMugen when selecting the Character, some Palettes were not compatible, so I fixed this error.

A patch that allows winmugen play is totally awesome by me!  

I used to make win mugen patches all the time for the 1.0 characters but in the end i just decided to step up and use 1.0 so it saved me alot of time.

Good patches though some win mugen users will be happy to see someone making some.
