Hi guys , today i made a sprite of a character well know on dc comics his name is Merlyn and he is the arch nemesis of green arrow

He could use more shades, lighter and darker ones.

The bow and belt details look good though. Not bad, keep making more and more and you'll start to get better with practice  

Good work, but try to save your works in bmp. format. That way your image won't lose quality.

but the image is in bmp i only zoomed in the sprite

It looks a little bit off to me. Maybe you saved it in other format than .bmp and then you changed it; I don't know. But if this image was .bmp or .gif from the start, it would look different. OR you forgot to index the picture, OR it's because of the site you uploaded it (it happened to me a few times).
Anyways... It doesn't matter that much unless you plan to make a wip out of that sprite.
