Superman Beyond was a hard code work of me and few other coders... For now I do not plan to add unique modes to Venom (but I wish of course). All what can I say, that this Venom would have few iconic outfits, including classic comic style, The Animated Series look, Anti-Venom, Mac Gargan host e.t.c.

That Venom looks good. I’ve been waiting on it for a while. Maybe those sprites can be implemented on the one @bigpimp used for his Spider Man game

we talked with Angelus about Venom version, and it seems we have a slightly different view Angelus being a comic book fan wants to make a classic comics/TAS Venom as accurate as possible (so make him hulking big villain, remove all slick stances and nonsense moves like when he turns himself into a splash with gigantic mouth, etc. i mean venom really didnt do anything remotely similar in TAS). i understand and almost agree with his pov, but im not really that big of a comic book or venom fan in general, so i dont really want to have any smooth capcom animations removed for the sake of accuracy
i think Angelus should just do his own thing, without intrusion into his creative view, or worry about me, and i will do mine either way, you wont loose on content guys, if i see something really cool, i will implement it

hey, its already there, maybe partically, but still) in any case im pretty sure i will do 1 of 2 ways either transfer your new stuff to Kong's venom or transfer Kong's stuff to your new version
i mean those anims really fit in nicely, and made him feel more like a complete character. any more cool stuff is already a bonus above expected

only character that really bothers me now is symbiote spider, tbh, he needs a complete remake with clean sprites. Empawk started to do it, but never finished it, sadly. current version is.. pretty junky, i can say that, because Empawk obviously knew that himself, since he started completely remaking it:
junkiness on current version is not so obvious, thanks to dark colors, but if you make a bright color palette, you will see all the issues. thats the thing im trying to look into right now
