Two chars chars sharing locker

someone knows how to put two chars in the same box, but can you select a character with one button and another with another?

No but you can put it on the invisible box above it or below it or to the side and the direction you press gives you the character that's the only was sadly

I have seen in mortal kombat project (I think ikemen) that you can select several chars of a single slot, such as several sub zero of the same slot

In the MKP if I recall myself right, they have add both codes on the same char, sharing most of states changing only the animations (using 1 sff and air for both characters) all is done by the palette, like pal1=code for subzero1 pal2=code for subzero2

I saw that on MK Cyber character (I guess this is name, its has been years since I had this char)

Basically you could choose any of the Cyborgs depending of what button you hits.

I also saw something like that with a Megaman character years ago.

Shortly: Both characters should be coded in the same files and select it by palettes
