Hi all , i decided to give my atention to the flash and his villains and since that captain boomerang already exists , i search for another villain and i found heatwave

So i decided to make a sprite of him , i inspired on his old outfit and the new 52 outfit

Great edit, this base is getting a lot of attention lately but it works so well.

I think MUGEN Multiverse should have a Flash Rogues' Gallery section with Spartan's work in it. B)

I intend to do a flash rogues Gallery´s , about mugen multiverse i dont know if the admistrators are interested in that , but i will continue to do sprites of the many dc and marvel superheros and villains
