This character was an practice for me and i wanted to share because its never a bad thing.
It lacks from hypers, winpose, have one special and few animations are not complete.
My first non spriteswap or collaboration character and third in general.

I didn't knew this character until now, thanks he's a great collectible for DC characters
This is a good start for your coding skills, once you'll dig deep into codes the more you'll be interested like what happened to my Winter Soldier - Punisher then Hammer Head then many more followed. Yours would be Living Tribunal - Major Force then this Mr Combustible then probably many more will follow
I'm liking the character already even if incomplete

Im not plannig on going deep in codes yet but i hope for some collaborations with you in the future

Now this is what I love about Mugen, creators creating these random interesting concept that people never usually think of. If you come out, 6 months from now with someone like Calendar Man, I'll freak out lol, but I must say I really appreciate the unpredictability of your work and choices. Congratulation on the release!

I made a fast research about him in the wiki(s) and the informations are very basic, mainly that he can sense bombs and I'm like "okay... this is useless." I need search for him in the comics

sure we can work on his moveset and yeah he dont have any super powers and is not a fighter and i made up these lightbulbs moves because i think they fit him, i will pm you about the comics
