I have seen several PUNISHER [Cable base] in the internet... but I am not sure which is the most complete, correct, stable, intelligent version ... Can you give me your opinions and differences between them?

Dude, I wish every famous character receive a post like that, I mean, I doesnt have time to test all supermans, batmans, cyclops, spidermans to see which one fits better on my mugen (not always "the best/most beautiful one" fits well with the others chars on the roster).
About your topic, I will check out later what punisher Im using on my roster and back here to say, I like him alot he plays awesome.
