Nice I say go for it he looks good he's from DC I don't know much about him but I saw Cesar edit on MA so I think he's DC

As much as I like the helmet to be used for Ocean Master, I think the base won't do much for Ocean Master. It is very robotic, which doesn't fit how Ocean Master would move.
But, man.. I do want to see Ocean Master to be mugenized properly, along with WW's sidekicks/enemies such as Wonder Girl(s), Artemis (from Outlaw), Cheetah, Circe... Batman already has many of his sidekicks/rogues mugenized, and Superman has some, but Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash, or other DC's big guns, barely have.
