oh right its located in the MORE ADD ON SLOTS. you find the folder there.

also for the select screen category slots. you can increase the number from the "Columns =" "DONT MESS WITH THE ROLLS"

HIGHER THE NUMBER you set in the Column the  more slots you add for your mugen characters

also DONT USE VSELECT WONT WORK FOR THE SELECT CATEGORY,  you have to manually add the name in there category section select.def one by one
