Are developing great characters but my concern is whether he will share, some people do not share their creations, only share with a small group such as the MVC2 characters exshadow and sf4 Gouken never been shared

nowadays there is a good Gouken by infinite this video was not shared at the time, as exshadow, he is supposedly the author of some chars in style MVC2 never shared as morrigan, cap. commando and etc ...

I find it weird not to share in mugen because Mugen is the passion to create and share character to improve the overall (sorry for my bad english )

Me to, someone must ask them if they will share it to regular folks like us. I really like that Taskmaster. None has released any Task Master Character yet all of the Taskmaster I've seen was just a WIP or a Dead WIP

Why do some creators wanted their characters to be private? how can they Improve their work if their not going to share it. Other people's comment is also important to this kind of a project. Some may also want to help them to Improve their characters such as Additional Character Sounds or Sprites, They also might learn a thing or two to the other creators. Still I don't understand them.

that's easy, imagine you spend more than 600 hours to create something sprites, code, then someone takes your creation add something that you will hate without your consent release him and say it's his (even if he let your name in the read me file). You will become crazy and don't want this to happen again, that's why so many creators leave mugen or go away. that's what happened to most of them.

Well this is great, it's nice to see someone making characters like Dormamu. It takes the pressure off to see someone else do it.
Really I wish someone would do all the work instead; this is really cool that someone else is doing this for whoever was gonna do this stuff.
Also it's great to see someone working to complete something, there are too many wips that go on stuck getting nowhere, I'm guilty of this to.
