Hello everybody, seeing how much stuff is happening right now on MMV i also want to announce im working currently on sprites of polka dot man.

Very interesting. I had previously mentioned to Somm that bringing these Class B Villains seemed like a great idea to me. So, good luck.

there is something in the air that pushes me into making full chars and i have a lot of free time after graduating school

i love this type of characters, i will be making only rare, unpopular and obscure characters for example:
living tribunal = rare 8-ball = unpopular polka dot man = obscure

I'm really curious to what type of specials and hypers you are planning for ol' Polka Dot over there.
Also, Clock King would be cool of course, but back in the day I used to dream about all sorts of major and minor villains as playable, I actually dreamt of Polka Dot Man and Calendar Man. It was super funny lol. Like 8-Ball was one of those I thought; "Would be funny, but never going to happen", and here we are.
