First of all, Merry Christmas to everyone. Lets start the X-mugemas event with a very unforeseeable char. Today I bring Chrome Dome from TMNT: Tournament Fighters (SNES) in a complete DCvM Style. He was my favorite characters from this game that I had in my childhood so I really wanted to bring him. He arent completly polished since I was overwhelming with the other projects, I made his moveset very basic only 4 specials and 1 hyper and also, his sprites didnt match 100% with our standard style for this kind of char. But still, I though he are working better than I expected in my roster.
About his development:
;---------- This character is a result of two little experience that I did. First one: I imagine that if some other char has all the sprites set correctly (including the gethits), would be faster bring him to my template only by using the importing function of FF Studio and then copying the animations directly from air code saving a huge time. Second one: I notice that new function of FF Studio, the RESIZE ALL, and it has a awesome option that is apply HQFx filter when resize, and not only that as also ask to you for auto-adjust all the hitboxes. This is *%@ awesome.
So here what I did: 1. Take the awesome conversion of Chrome Dome made by Kamekaze. 2. Resize applying the filter and adjusting the clsn 3. Import the sprites resized and copy the air code. 4. Manually work on all the attacks and animations required for the DCvM system. 5. From here, I just keep the work as usual and start to code the stuff ;---------
