Looking to Hire Resident Evil Character & Background Sprite Artists

Hello! I've been a lurker for awhile and fan of Mugen for a decade, being a huge fan of a lot of the community's creations here on this site.

Mono Memory and I have been cranking away at a fan project for years that isn't Mugen but uses sprite work from the community. I apologize if this isn't the proper place to post, but since a lot of the RE sprite creators are on this site I wanted to throw out to you guys that I'd love to hire commission work to help out with the project.

It's a side scrolling fast paced action game inspired by a lot of the amazing work done by you guys, especially with the consistently improved Biohazard Mugen Project, not to mention the recent OPENBOR project which is very exciting!

The main need right now is background work as my previous artist no longer wants to do pixel art, alongside some boss art.

I love your initiative of support the community in order to help with you project I really think that most person should try do this instead just keep asking and asking for works.

I suggest you try put some kind of start price that you available to expend in something, it will certainly make more people interested shows up. (You could check the itch.io or unity store to have a idea of the costs.)

I do actually, I edited the original post to show a quick little test vid!

With commissions I typically like to let the artist throw a rate out as I want to do what's most comfortable with them, however payment will be very flexible and I'm always open to discussion!

And yeah I hear you on the asking for works part, I know these things take a crazy amount of time and passion and those responsible deserve more respect than that.
