Can't get Lessard Eddy Gordo stage to work properly in Mugen 1.1 Mugen010

I posted in the release thread twice and no one has responded with help. I don't want to keep bumping that thread when no one's responding to me. I PM'd Lessard as well but I think he's too busy.

I am now looking for help in this section. Can someone help me get this stage to appear properly and not like this? I didn't change anything in the stage files. I am using 1.1
