Can anyone advise me, how to change Mugen resolution? In fact, when I change it to my monitor, image is stretched and becomes wide. What I need to change, to make it looks better, than 4:3, but real 16:9?

Angelus, I'll provide a new fullgame with 1280,720 res and it'll help many people that hates pixelation and would like to play with a widescreen without distortion.

wait a moment and you will have it to test, the filter you can extract and put it on another game to the same effect.

the filter is composed by scanline and hd soft fx.
