new update v1.5.1 Neo can now use her astral heat "Shattering Skewer. Some hits parks that were poorly arranged were lined up. Times have been changed in some animations. Collision box sizes changed in some animations. More effects were added. Sounds missing in some states were added. The opponent no longer automatically recovers if hit with the second hit of command B. More sprites were added to the effect when Neo's clones are destroyed. The EX version of Swooping Illusion is now faster when it appears on the ground when it hits the opponent. New effects were added. Sounds and effects were added in movements that did not have. Some changes were made in the Astral Heat. fixed a problem in mugen 1.0
