RANMA by @Seryy Volk Upgraded by LESSARD

Hey Brothers & Sisters of MMV here is my first gift for the event.

I made an update/upgrade to RANMA by @Seryy Volk.  Ranma Saotome its one of my favorite anime characters and the version of Seryy volk likes me a lot, so I decide to make an small upgrade.
I add a couple of colors to the palette to use darker shading tone instead like this. (Is not good idea line up skin & clothes with black color, specially the skin.)

-Now has a 6 button gameplay
-Raised comboability
-Revamped graphics and frankensprite a lot of nes sprites for the new attacks
-Dust FX added
-Voices and new sounds added
-New paletes added
-Specials Recoded and 1 new added
-Animations Upgraded
-3 Hypers
-12 palettes
-Added mini launcher and air combos.
-New big portrait

Good version in overall but there are some issues like the launcher without a hit sound.
