If you do any more of him, instead of just having a cap clone how about this base? It's really simple as its just sagat upperbody,cap lower, cables head and because iv'e always liked piledriver with huge hands as they are his weapons basically i gave him zangief's hands but sagats would be fine too. Totally up to you but it makes him stand out a bit more.
