Blue's Simple SP [[[CONCEPT]]]

Been wanting a simple screenpack, so I came up with a concept.
Made this in Photoshop. That wave thingy in the background is animated btw but I can't upload the vid version yet.
Might consider a darker background.



Either I'll make this someday or I'll provide the graphics and let someone help with it.
Still haven't came up with a concept for the character select and VS screen. Options screen would have the background scroll but without the wave thingy.
