Nightwing #41 - Another Night in Bludvhaven

It took me forever to come up with a Nightwing cover, and when I got the idea to make Torque, one of his main villains from his first ongoing series, out of Johnny Blaze and Oswald, the rest came semi-easy. In retrospect, though, the background makes it kinda hard to see Nightwing. Maybe I'll redo this one at some point.
