Sorry it isn't finished yet, my point is if you compare this image with the original using fighter factory's palette section, you'll see the original image has more than 60 different colors for the skin alone when 4 or 5 should be more than enough. This small little problem usually leads to a huge mess in palette, which will turn making palettes for the character to be much harder than it needs to be in the future. Anyway here, i also changed some stuff like the shirt colors

The friend Shining contacted me to help him with this character, I was busy with my K.I project and now I'm without a good PC, but this look sure is the best for the character.
