Subject: MVC3 Nova WIP preview - Blade March 1st 2019, 5:31 pm
Blade was kind enough to let me preview his new MUGEN NOVA based on the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 version. I, like so many of us, am a huge fan of the MVC series. Nothing delights me more than to see such high quality 2D versions of UMVC3 coming to mugen. I hope to be able to show you remaining MVC3 characters joining our rosters soon.

At last, I've been awaiting new news about this for a loooonnggg time. Blade/Zox has never failed to amaze me with his sprites! Thank you for sharing this, @shanri

I hope you do him justice because the other Nova project here is dead. If you need inspiration look at R@ce's Batsu, Infinite's Dr.Doom, Loganir's Electro, and Terry Bogard by Memo. They have features that Nova can use. Maybe have him use Hi-res effects to make him feel new and add a dodge move for avoiding projectiles. I want to help you finish this project and the sprites because I wanted Nova in mugen ever since UMVC3 released and I like to draw sprites. I actually animated this: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] So maybe you can use it to polish up if you want.
