How do I change a palette for the SFF in fighter factory?

Hello,
I have a problem with fighter factory.

My SFF have a debug palette with CS on it. (this palette have fake colors so I can see easily the CS)

But I would like all the sprites to have another palette (palette 0,0)
And a special sprite to have the second palette. (palette 0,1)

When I change SFF palette to 1st palette, it always switchs back to SFF debug CS palette.

Someone can help me with this?
I cannot find any information about how to fix it.
