Hugo(CVS/POTS): Alpha Version + Open Source

Well, this is the project that started by Trololo (the original author). He handed it over me coz I wanted the character to complete. But I cant continue it much more than 4month because I didnt have a pc of my own, lacks of free time, can hardly get people's pc to continue the project. So I lost the motivation on it and stopped the project. Now I am releasing it as a open source. If anyone is interested to make the job done, its all yours now.

the things that I remember from the top of my head is the run, roll, add some missing frames in some animations, changed some stuff from hugo's basic moves, and last time i remember working on hugo I was about to make/edit the alpha counter
I think I was going to make neutral hard puch is punch counter crouching medium kick his kick counter or maybe the clap was going to be it actually. I really can't remember clearly because it have been more than two year since I worked on hugo for the last time. The special moves are unfinished.
