It's an old edition of russian killer... but... we don't know who the author is... I guess the work is so bad that he didn't even bother to put his name... But now he has new codes (Haggar base), it is a fresh version, that is, it does not identify itself as Professor Hulk at all.

Well I found the author, I had to look for him a bit.. SephirothX2004/Jellyfish,...it's not crav!

ive noticed your stance(not just this one) seems to have 1 frame having a different (left or right) hand, thats not how stance work
it would be better if it has 3-4 (left or right) hand frames but 2(left or right) hands just makes it look stiff

cravd was going by a different name when released his russian, i cant remember which. it was his very first edited char.

I have reduced the size of the Russian killer sprites a bit, I consider that he should not be bigger than the Hulk, but not smaller than the Punisher, do you think the height measurement is correct?

regarding your question...i am a little worried about the size and i dont think it'd be a problem if roughly sized similarly to hulk in relation.

You are right friend, I have corrected part of the error in the stance, I have added one more sprite and I have removed the static in the legs (With a simple movement of shadows on them) With a simple minimal movement of them.
