Why do you need all that information?In a lot of circumstances we don't need all that info, however we always suggest to get as much info as possible so we aren't missing any info to resolve the issue. 1. lose interest from people helping you from having to ask questions
2. make it take longer to get to a solution
3. use more resources than needed to get to a solution
