Why the help section?
This way all the questions are in one place, along with the answers. This is really helpful as searching the help section is how I learned a lot of what I know (tutorials and help section). Then if others have a similar question they can usually find their answer.

Why do you need all that information?
In a lot of circumstances we don't need all that info, however we always suggest to get as much info as possible so we aren't missing any info to resolve the issue. The more detailed the information the quicker we can determine the issue.

Note:
this info is simply a guideline, however (from experience) if you don't include such information you could:
1. lose interest from people helping you from having to ask questions
2. make it take longer to get to a solution
3. use more resources than needed to get to a solution

please do not post links to unreleased creations (either your own or someone else's) in the open forum.
if you do need to share the character, or part of the character please share only via PM.


Remember to be as clear and concise as possible, with as much detailed information as possible. This helps everyone.
